PAYMENT - RETURNS - REFUNDS - STOCK LEVELS
- PCz Designerwear accepts payment by Debit/Credit Card for all On-line purchase''s. This can be done through Paypal on the website, simply go through the ''checkout'' procedure then click on ''Paypal'' to pay.
- Please Note you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay this way, just click on paypal then enter your card details as a normal transaction.
- PCz Designerwear can also accept payment over the phone. Simply make a note of your order and give us a call and we can take your card details over the phone and send your item/s this way.
- PCz Returns Policy- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back to us in the same condition it left us (all tags must still be attached) and we will happily refund you or re-send you an alternative size.
- Please Note If you do need to return something to us at PCz you must send the item back immediatly, in order for a refund to be issued we need to recieve the item back within 7 days of reciept of delivery to you also you must ring or email us for an authorisation code to write on the front of the package in order for us to do a refund. Also you - the buyer are responsible for the postage costs and the item, therefore we highly recommend you send it as recorded delivary as we are unable to refund the item if it doesn''t reach us ie.. goes missing in transit.
- At PCz Designerwear in the Childrens Wear, we usually only stock one of each size of each style, so ordering more than one of the same thing can be a little difficult. Although certain companys we deal with we sometimes can order more stock in. So give us a ring if you spot something you like but we are out of stock. Please Note- sometimes there might be a surcharge for the delivary on special orders.
